How We Can Help

If you are faced with a dispute that concerns your business interests, property interests, we will help you settle that dispute to your advantage or if necessary win your court case.

We will provide you with the information and advice you need to get what you want. We will tell you what the best result of the dispute will be for you, how likely you are to achieve that result and work with you on the best way to get there.

We will help you consider the dispute in objective and commercial terms and help you deal with the dispute personally, so that whilst we pursue our agreed way forward together, the impact on your life and business is kept to a minimum.

If we think we can help you when we receive your call or email, we will set a time to have a discussion on the telephone with you. This call will be with one of our team of specialist solicitors and will last for around 15 – 20 mins.

During the telephone conversation with one of our specialist litigation solicitors we will work out if we can help you. If we can, we will arrange a meeting with a litigation solicitor at our offices. If we are unable to help you, where appropriate we will try to refer you to someone who is better placed to solve your particular problem.

A meeting with one of our litigation solicitors is an excellent opportunity to take the first important step towards resolving your dispute. The meeting will last up to an hour. During that time, we will help you identify the main issues of your dispute and how best to consider them objectively. We will give you information about the court system, its procedure and other methods of settling disputes. We will also give you an initial assessment of settlement options, possible strategies and costs.
